Praise and Awards

WJ Mitchell values their staff team and celebrates their hard work and achievements bi-annualy. Awards are based on turnover, dedication, conduct, communication and team work.

Our most recent Praise and Awards ceremony was held in July 2022.

The awards were as follows:

• Charles our handyman and driver received the floating trophy for his commendable dedication and commitment over the last 6 months. Charles often worked over weekends to paint and maintain our beautiful premises.
• Chris was awarded for the greatest improvement in PAYE.
• Newest staff member, Ncami was awarded for her impressive start with WJ Mitchell, including doing fiancials with Warrren.
• Tasmira was appreciated for her utmost care and tenacity in leading our shop.
• Wesley was appreciated for his work in bank manager data captures and assistant in VAT. Wesley is well on his way in working towards becoming a SAIBA member.
• Thando heads up the individual tax department and compliance. He was awarded for his excellent working relationships and communication with clients.
• Nosipho recently took over reception from Lori. She is celebrated for phone etiquette and lending a helping hand with PAYE workload.
• Nandi, who is SAIPA qualified and who specialises in Tax and Financials, was awarded for her guidance to the JW Mitchell staff.
• Nthombi is appreciated and celebrated for not only her cleaning duties and tending to our beautiful garden, but for ever willingness to lighten the load and lend a helping hand.
• Partner Jean Paul awarded for excellence in financials and VAT.
• Frank awarded for longest service and commitment.
• Partner Siza specialising in agriculture for pioneering in the development of this section of WJ Mitchell.
